At AprilAire, we are committed to your indoor air quality and satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, parts, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
